We
welcome all campers using caravans, motorhomes or tents, be they
retired or youngsters or somewhere in between. Come and join us and see
how much fun can be had.

We run many weekend
camps throughout the year, plus a couple of Temporary Holiday Sites
(THS) which run for around 5 days. ALL are
welcome!
Are you fed up with camp sites that have rowdy bars and noisy nights? Somerset DA meets are often away from the crowds, sometimes in places where camping is not normally permitted and the only noise is the dawn chorus and a babbling brook.
Of course, if you want a more "lively" site, contact our Sites Secretary and ask which he recommends.
Somerset DA are always looking for new sites, can you recommend one or do you own a site suitable for approx. 20 units? If so please contact our Sites Secretary.

DAFOL at Furzebrook has been cancelled due to a death in the family that own the site. It is too late to organise an alternative so we'll see you at the Christmas Party!

FIRE SAFETY
The Camping and Caravanning Club strongly recommends that ALL campers should have a FULL bucket of water outside their unit as a NEAR TO HAND fire fighting tool and also carry a First Aid kit.
Please be aware that all Committee Members and Officials are VOLUNTEERS and have their own lives as well - please be considerate and patient when contacting them!
