We welcome all campers using caravans, motorhomes or tents, be they retired or youngsters or somewhere in between. Come and join us and see how much fun can be had.CYDER PRESS

We run many weekend camps throughout the year, plus a couple of Temporary Holiday Sites (THS) which run for around 5 days. ALL are welcome!
Are you fed up with camp sites that have rowdy bars and noisy nights? Somerset DA meets are often away from the crowds, sometimes in places where camping is not normally permitted and the only noise is the dawn chorus and a babbling brook.
Of course, if you want a more "lively" site, contact our Sites Secretary and ask which he recommends.
Somerset DA are always looking for new sites, can you recommend one or do you own a site suitable for approx. 20 units? If so please contact our Sites Secretary.
DAFOL at Furzebrook has been cancelled due to a death in the family that own the site. It is too late to organise an alternative so we'll see you at the Christmas Party!

The purpose of this Facebook Closed Group is to provide you with the opportunity to share with fellow campers your experiences and thoughts on Somerset DA, and camping and caravanning in general.
The Camping and Caravanning Club strongly recommends that ALL campers should have a FULL bucket of water outside their unit as a NEAR TO HAND fire fighting tool and also carry a First Aid kit.
